Trauma interrupts the body’s rhythm. It lives in muscle tension, hypervigilance, avoidance, shame. But the body also remembers safety, joy, and resilience. My trauma work is gentle and paced. It is deeply informed by Polyvagal theory, mindfulness, and my direct work with refugees and survivors of natural disasters, including recent work with earthquake survivors.
In our sessions, we learn to listen to what your body has been trying to say. We build capacity not to erase what happened, but to expand your ability to be present now. Healing becomes a soft unfolding, a quiet strength returned.
